Returns

You can register unused items within 14 days of receipt of your email to retour@robingoodpets.com. You then have 14 days to send the package to us. You may try on an item for your dog and view it as you would in a store.

  1. You can just forward us the confirmation email received from and send it to retour@robingoodpets.com. Indicate in the email which of the ordered products you want to return and the reason for the return.
  2. After we received your email, we will send you within 2 working days a link to the return label. Send your return in the original packaging and stick the printed label on the box.
  3. Then take the package to a service point of Post NL where it will be scanned.
    • Please note: the return costs are for your account, unless Robin Good Pets determines otherwise. We will deduct the cost for return shipment (€4,15 in the Netherlands, outside the Netherlands we will confirm the cost of shipping in the mail with the return link) from you return payment.
    • If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. Please treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.
  4. After registering the return, the purchase amount including deducted shipping costs* will be credited to your account within 7 days. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you bought the item.

HOW DO I GET MY PURCHASE AMOUNT BACK AFTER RETURN

You will receive the purchase amount back within 7 working days after we have received the item. You will always receive the purchase amount back in the same way you paid this amount.
