This privacy policy (hereinafter: “Policy”) has been drawn up to inform you about the use of personal data in the Robin Good Pets webshop (located at www.Robin Good Pets.nl) (hereinafter “Webshop”). 1. General
1.1 This Policy applies to the processing of data that identify you or that can be used by Robin Good Pets to identify you (hereinafter: “Personal Data”), all this via the Webshop and the services that Robin Good Pets offers you through offers the Webshop, such as, but not limited to, the sale of products and the delivery of products to you (hereinafter: “Services”).
1.2 We may amend this Policy at any time. When this Policy is amended, the amended Policy will be made available via the Website [https://Robin Good Pets.nl/pages/privacy-policy]. If you have any questions after reading this Policy or if you wish to exercise your rights under applicable laws and regulations, you can contact us using the contact details as included in this Privacy Statement.
2 Processing of Personal Data
2.1 If we process your Personal Data via the Webshop and in the context of Services to be provided to you, Robin Good Pets is responsible for determining the purpose and means for this processing and in that context also to be regarded as responsible as referred to in the Personal Data Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulation and the national laws to implement this Regulation.
2.2 If you are under the age of 16, the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required. If you do not have this permission, you cannot provide us with any Personal Data. When registering for the provision of Services by Robin Good Pets, we ask you to confirm whether you are 16 years or older. You are obliged to answer this question truthfully. If you are under the age of 16 but wish to register for Services, the person with parental responsibility for you must give consent to the processing of Personal Data by Robin Good Pets.
2.3 We collect Personal Data by asking you to provide it to us. In addition, we may collect Personal Data automatically. We collect and process the following Personal Data. Personal Data collected in the context of the provision of Services via the Webshop are: • Name and surname*; • Prefixes; • Date of birth; • Phone number; • Customer or relation number*; • Password; • E-mail address*; • Address*; • Billing address and delivery address*; • Bank account number, holder details and other payment details containing Personal Data*.
Data marked with * is mandatory and necessary to perform the requested Services. If you do not provide this information, we cannot enter into an agreement with you regarding the provision of Services. We process the aforementioned Personal Data insofar as this is necessary in the context of the performance of an agreement that we have concluded with you, such as for the performance of Services requested by you. We process the above Personal Data based on your consent as given at the time you allowed the use of cookies.
2.4 We store your Personal Data for as long as necessary in the context of the processing purposes as included in Article 3. This means that we store Personal Data for at least the period necessary to provide the services you have requested, such as the provision of a product to provide.

• Invoicing in case you have ordered products;
• Enabling payment transactions related to the Services you have requested in the Webshop;
• Supply and delivery of products; • Contacting you with any questions or concerns you may have;
• Collecting feedback on our Services; • Promote the use of our Services;
• Analyzing Personal Data to improve the Robin Good Pets Services;
• Analyzing the market for our Services;
• Building a community for our products and Services;
• Improvement of the Services.
4 Email
4.1 The electronic contact details you provide to us, including your email address, are used to perform the Services in an optimal manner. For this reason, some emails are strictly necessary. For example, we may contact you to inform you about an order for products.
4.2 In addition to the above emails, we may also contact you to promote our products, Services, Robin Good Pets, affiliates or future products and/or services. You have given permission for these e-mails to be sent when you created an account or ordered a product. If you want to withdraw your consent, this is possible by using the opt-out option in every email we send you.
5 Recipients of Personal Data
5.1 We may pass on your Personal Data to third parties, namely:
Suppliers: If necessary in the context of our Services, we may pass on your Personal Data to our suppliers, such as, but not limited to, the party responsible for the delivery of the products you order in the Webshop. Suppliers will at all times process Personal Data on behalf of Robin Good Pets and in accordance with our instructions.
5.2 We may transfer your Personal Data to countries or organizations outside the EU. We have taken adequate safeguards to protect your Personal Data in this process.
6 Security
6.1 Robin Good Pets attaches great importance to the security of your Personal Data. For this reason, Robin Good Pets has taken technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. To keep your Personal Data safe, we have taken the following steps:
• Encryption of data transfer via the Webshop;
• Protection of servers on which Personal Data is stored with passwords and adequate security measures;
• Protection of non-digitally stored Personal Data;
• Blocking indexation of Personal Data by search engines. In the event of a data breach that is likely to have adverse consequences for your privacy, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
7 Your rights
7.1 Pursuant to applicable data protection laws and regulations, you have the following rights:

In the event that Personal Data is transferred to a third country or international organisation, you have the right to be informed about the adequate security measures applied. We will provide you with a copy of the Personal Data undergoing processing. We may charge a reasonable amount of costs for further copies, based on the administrative burden for this.
• Rectification, addition: You have the right to an immediate rectification of Personal Data concerning you. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to have incomplete Personal Data completed, including by means of a supplementary statement.
Delete personal data without undue delay, and we have an obligation to do so without undue delay in the following cases:

(ii) you withdraw your consent to the processing, in case the data processing is based on your application and there is no other legal basis for processing; (iii) you object to the processing of your data and there are no other overriding compelling legitimate grounds for the processing; (iv) your Personal Data has been processed unlawfully; (v) the Personal Data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in the European Union or a member state thereof to which we are subject; (vi) the Personal Data has been collected in the context of the performance of an agreement to purchase a product while you have not yet reached the age of 16. If Personal Data has been made public by us and we are required to erase it, we will take all reasonable steps, taking into account available technology and costs, to notify other controllers who may process your data that you are requesting erasure. did.
• Notification: You have the right to a notification to third parties to whom your data has been provided in the event of an actual rectification, addition, blocking or deletion as described above, unless such notification proves impossible or requires a disproportionate effort from us.

(ii) the processing is unlawful, you oppose the erasure of the Personal Data and instead request the restriction of its use;
(iii) we no longer need the Personal Data for the processing purposes.
7.2 In order to comply with requests under the above rights, we may request additional information to identify you. We will only use this Personal Data in the context of exercising your above rights.
7.3 We point out that the moment you exercise your right to object, we will no longer be able to perform its Services and you should refrain from using the Services and the Questions Webshop.
