To choose the right collar or harness size, simply take a look at our size chart.

As we are using unwashed denim the collar can stain the white to fair coat with blue dye of the denim. We recommend if you want to avoid this to choose for the off-white/ecru products we offer, they are made undyed and unbleached cotton. Or you can wash the collar before wearing it.

The blue is easily washed out of the fur of you pooch.

Yes, you can. We recommend you was the collar in a washing bag at 40 degrees on a denim program if available on your machine. After the wash you can air dry the collar by hanging it on the d-ring. Denim gets more beautiful after wearing and washing.

These are big pieces of denim that are left after cutting products like jeans in a factory. We buy these pieces and turn them into beautiful collars. The denim industry is one of the biggest polluters in the fashion industry, let’s save and reuse as much as we can.

Anything we can get our hands on that is vintage, deadstock, organic, recycled or recyclable.

We produce on your demand. Orders usually take 3-5 working days within Europe. We do not ship outside of Europe yet, except for the United Kingdom.

Exchange & Return

We happily accept returns! You have up to 30 days to return your purchased items. All items need to be in a perfect condition and must be returned in the original packaging.

If the purchased item is damaged in any way, and not returned in an as-new state, it will not be reimbursed.

As we are a small eco-friendly company our returns are not free of charge. We use mailbox packaging and shipment to keep the prices of shipment low and we don’t ship air (big boxes with nothing in it).

In case the item is shipped with a damage on it, make sure to contact our customer service and send a detailed description of the damage, together with a picture. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

You will receive the purchase amount back within 7 working days after we have received the item. You will always receive the purchase amount back in the same way you paid this amount.
